ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1.5 oz cream cheese
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- United States - Metric
Instructions
- Combine butter and sweetener in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until light brown and thickened. Remove from fire.
- Stir in extracts and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is well incorporated.
- Pour onto a small baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
- Put in the fridge to let set. It may take a day or two. Once it is firm, you can break it into pieces.
Recipe notes
Notes on sweeteners:
- I use my own mixture of xylitol, erythritol and stevia in my recipes. It is twice as sweet as sugar. It is comparable to Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet and Truvia
- To under-use Swerve, use 1.5 to 2 times the amount of sweetener required.
- To use Pyure or Trim Healthy Mama Super Sweet, use half the amount of sweetener requested.
- Substitutions will work in most recipes. They may not work in candies, such as caramel.
